UNC Charlotte Softball Indoor Training Facility
The project entailed constructing a new 5,300-square-foot building dedicated to softball training. It involved installing exterior brick and precast elements, a metal roof system, pre-engineered steel components, overhead doors, and a storefront system. Moreover, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed to ensure optimal functionality and comfort within the building. Additionally, site improvements were made, including landscaping and the construction of a retaining wall, to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the surrounding area.
