UNC Chapel Hill

The work involved the interior renovation of four floors of an existing building to provide new office and conference space. The renovation included upgrading the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as installing all new wall and floor finishes on each floor. On the exterior of the building, new storefront systems were installed, and renovations were carried out on the existing parking lot and entrance of the building.
