State Employees Credit Union

The construction of a single-story State Employees’ Credit Union branch involved a building with a gross ground floor area of 8,399 square feet, along with a 715 square foot mezzanine. The design also included a covered drive-through canopy with five lanes spanning 1,456 square feet. The building featured an all-masonry exterior with storefront glass and a standing seam metal roof, constructed according to Type V-B standards with a structural steel frame. Site-related tasks included grading, paving, curbs and gutters installation, storm drainage implementation, landscaping, and lighting, all aimed at enhancing functionality and visual appeal.
