Sedge Garden

The project entailed constructing an 8,000 square feet gymnasium as an addition to an existing recreation center. The interior work encompassed the installation of new fire suppression, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Additionally, new bathroom facilities, a storage room, gym equipment, and a basketball court were added within the addition. On the exterior, new site lighting, a parking lot, hardscapes, and landscaping were implemented. The project scope involved constructing masonry walls and installing a TPO roof system on a metal joist system.
