North Wake College and Career Academy

The project encompassed the renovation of approximately 55,000 square feet of interior and exterior space. The interior changes involved adding new classrooms, renovating the library, office spaces, restrooms, multipurpose room, cafeteria, and existing laboratories. Modern air-conditioning systems, plumbing, and electrical systems were also installed, along with a new culinary kitchen facility equipped with all-new kitchen equipment. The finishes included a new epoxy floor system, sports floor system, VCT carpet, ceramic tile, acoustic ceiling systems, and lighting throughout. On the exterior, the project included a new storefront window system, TPO roof system, hardscapes, exterior facade renovation, and the renovation of an approximately 10,000 square foot exterior basketball court system.
