NC State University Cox Hall

The project entails interior renovations to Cox Hall, which involve the relocation of two teaching labs from Harrelson Hall. The new lab space is situated on the first floor of Cox Hall. Within the 12,000 square feet area, the project included demolishing the existing office suite and making modifications to the interior corridor and mechanical rooms. The renovated space now features new male and female toilet rooms, two active labs, storage facilities, a lactation room, and other miscellaneous work areas. The project was executed on an accelerated schedule to accommodate the swift staff relocation from other facilities.
