Lexington Operations Center

The project involved constructing an 8,000 sq ft office building with a steel frame and EIFS and utility brick exterior finishes. Inside, there are offices, workrooms, crew rooms, toilets, and showers, all with new MEP systems. The exterior features a storefront window system, metal joist, and TPO roof. The finishes included VCT, carpet, ceramic tile, acoustic ceilings, and lighting. The project also included a 22,000 sq ft warehouse with office spaces and MEP systems, a new fire suppression system, and an 8,000 sq ft vehicle shed with an enclosed maintenance shop. The site work covered 5.5 acres and involved new utilities, landscaping, fencing, retaining walls, and pavement.
