Greensboro ABC Store – Hickory Branch

This project entailed the creation of a standalone one-story building that included an entry canopy, vestibule, retail sales area, manager’s office, storage/stock room, break room, toilets, and loading area. The building was constructed using a steel frame structure and was adorned with brick veneer, decorative CMU, EIFS, and glazed aluminum storefront. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical building systems were meticulously installed to ensure optimal facility performance. Furthermore, a parking area was established to cater to both the public and staff.
