Forsyth Tech Community College

The project encompassed the renovation of 10,500 square feet of existing buildings and the construction of a new 1,400 square feet building. The renovation work involved general upfit construction, selective demolition, site/civil work, site utility work, plumbing, mechanical, controls, and electrical work. As for the new construction, it included a load-bearing masonry building with a steel roof structure, decking, and a PVC membrane roofing system. Additionally, new mechanical equipment was installed to support a campus Hot-Water Distribution System that served four existing buildings.
