Monica Rangel, our Marketing Coordinator, plays a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and facilitating effective communication. She coordinates the production of proposals and presentations, ensuring their accuracy and timely delivery. Monica also creates project description sheets and organization charts, providing valuable information about our construction projects and company structure. Monica assists at staff conferences and events, prepares and maintains company information and databases, data storage and keeps the project master contact list up to date.

Monica has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from High Point University and a Master of Business Degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, travel, and embracing new cultures.
